If you’ve been paying attention to my posts you would have noticed by now I don’t like causing waves or contention anymore. (Though I was quite fond of it before) I try to stay as entertaining and non vocal about anything that would annoy or offend anyone. Unfortunately, this will be the exception depending on other people’s responses. If you have no real interest in other people’s religious or spiritual opinions keep scrolling. This will be quite bland to you.

After 16 years as a Mormon and 5 years as a non denominational Christian I have decided I am no longer interested in religion. By religion I am referring to a community of people that hold morale standards or lifestyle choices above societal standards. Since societies standards fluctuate frequently...I’m not really sure what that means, but that’s the easiest way to explain it.

This is not due to a desire to live an exceptionally vulgar lifestyle or to justify any lifestyle choices that might be viewed as unacceptable by a general audience. Ironically, the motivation to live better has increased since adopting this worldview. You might not believe that, but that doesn’t really change anything. (Isn’t that awesome!)

This is due to a desire to live my own life. Decide what is beneficial and detrimental and work towards improvements. I’d also like to continue searching for God, which is my plan. That whole baby with the bathwater thing, ya know?

If you have a response for this I would appreciate a private message. I will delete every comment on this post in order to guarantee no public arguments.

May God bless and keep you.
